In the years to come, thanks to Ed’s embrace of cutting-edge materials and eye-catching design, a local following turned into a global phenomenon. After five decades of restless innovation today’s EGG is a very different beast, but its spirit remains unchanged, rooted in Ed’s belief that cooking over fire brings people together.
